Stealth Supplements uses ParclePort for all shipping.

All orders received Monday to Friday up to 12 mid-day will be shipped the same day, all orders received after 12 mid-day will be shipped the following day or the first work day after a weekend. We do not pack or ship orders on public holidays.

We offer tracked shipping to Australia. NOTE: Before placing your order, please verify with your state if the item is allowed for entry. If the item is prohibited, it may be confiscated. Please note that we do not issue refunds for orders that are denied entry into Australia.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME TO AUSTRALIA

Typically, it takes 4 to 6 working days excluding weekends to deliver to your address in Australia excluding weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

Due to unforeseeable and unpredictable staff shortages across Australia in the courier and transport industry, there might be a high parcel volume impacting parts of the couriers’ operations and customers may experience delivery delays in some parts of the state by up to 5 days.

A) Our shipping and handling fee at Stealth Supplements is a flat fee of $14.00 or FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $99.00.

When placing an order with www.Stealthsupplements.com.au , during our business hours (9am-4pm Monday - Friday EST).

1. You will receive an initial confirmation email confirming that your order has been received.

2. Once your payment has cleared and dispatch information is available, our distribution centre will send you another email to inform you that your delivery has been successfully shipped.

3. We carefully and discreetly package our goods to prevent any potential damage during transportation.

4. All orders placed before midday Eastern Australia Time (or Daylight-Saving Time when applicable) will be shipped via the fastest method and typically arrive within 4-6 working days excluding weekends, depending on your location.

5. Our goods are sent from New Zealand by air, then road, or train freight. We use various transport services to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

6. Depending on your location (such as NT, WA, Defence Addresses, etc.) and bulky parcels, expect a delivery time of 7 or more business days as we are based in New Zealand.

7. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, or locations limited by Australia Post.

8. Tracking information, including tracking numbers and links, will be provided via email upon shipment. We securely store all of your shipping details, including tracking and consignment numbers, to quickly assist you with inquiries about your order. This service is free of charge and is designed to assist you after your purchase.

9. For safety purposes, all courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please make sure to have someone available during business hours to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address. In the event that no one is available, a card will be left for you to collect the package at the nearest courier depot or parcel connect agent.

10. If you prefer for deliveries to be left without a signature (such as at the front door), please indicate this in the order comments. We will do our best to accommodate your request for small value orders, but please note that Stealth Supplements is not responsible for any lost or missing deliveries. For large value orders, as determined by Stealth Supplements for security purposes, a signature will be required upon delivery.

11. Stealth Supplements will not be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any products damaged in transit.
