SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Stealth Supplements USA offer two shipping options:

• Ground Shipping
• Priority Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

We will process all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays.

RETURNS PROCESSING:

Stealth Supplements will process all “return to sender” orders that may ship out due to an invalid address or any issue that does not allow for the carrier to deliver the package to the end customer.

​Returns will be processed within 3 business days of the return being delivered to our shipping facility.

PEAK SEASON HANDLING:

During peak seasons such as federal holidays and from November 1 - January 16, the following terms will apply:

• D2C orders will be fulfilled within no more than 3 business days.
• B2B orders will be fulfilled within no more than 7 business days.
• Expedited orders will be fulfilled within no more than 2 business days.
• Inbound inventory will be received within 7 business days

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the shipping carrier's website.

Stealth Supplements offer tracked shipping to all states within the U.S.

When placing an order with www.stealthsupps.com

1. You will receive an initial confirmation email confirming that your order has been received.

2. Once your payment has cleared and dispatch information is available, our distribution centre will send you another email to inform you that your delivery has been successfully shipped.

3. We carefully and discreetly package our goods to prevent any potential damage during transportation.

4. We will process all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays.

5. We use various transport services to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

6. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after they have been shipped.

7. Please provide a physical address for delivery – preferred method of shipping. Alternatively, we can ship to PO Box addresses in the US.

8. Tracking information, including tracking numbers and links, will be provided via email upon shipment. We securely store all of your shipping details, including tracking and consignment numbers, to quickly assist you with inquiries about your order. This service is free of charge and is designed to assist you after your purchase.

9. Signature upon delivery is at the customer’s request only when placing the online order. Please make sure to have someone available during business hours to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address. In the event that no one is available, the courier may leave a notice at the delivery address stating that a delivery attempt was made and a signature was required. The notice may include instructions for redelivery or for the recipient to pick up the package at a designated location. The courier may also attempt to deliver to a neighbour or hold the package for a set amount of time before returning it to the sender.

10. If you prefer for deliveries to be left without a signature (such as at the front door), please indicate this in the order comments. We will do our best to accommodate your request for small value orders, but please note that Stealth Supplements is not responsible for any lost or missing deliveries. For large value orders, as determined by Stealth Supplements for security purposes, a signature is recommended upon delivery.

11. Stealth Supplements will not be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any products damaged in transit.
